I was on late shift with a plastic Liverpool supporter from Harlow last night.
I was well chuffed when Southampton scored.
I remained silent but I thought it was excellent. I have no time for people like that who decide to support teams from the other end of the country, simply because they were at or near the top of the first division when they were about 9

They dont have enough quality to break teams down
Without Mane's pace they dont beat players or get half a yard to provide a quality delivery

They played a virtual reserve team in the two Plymouth games in the FA Cup so 'too many games' is no excuse.
They were outplayed at Southampton where it should have been 3 or 4 nil and Southampton were worthy winners again in the second leg.
They missed the £38m Mane and their defence isn't good enough to win anything.

Klopps style and high intensity game can be beaten and putting that much effort into games is going to hurt them later in the season unless they have a big squad with real quality.
They are a couple of seasons away from being really good and then only if they buy the right quality of player for obscene money which they seem reluctant to do.
